What are the dates for the August 2023 IMC? Where will the event take place?

The event will be August 14–16, 2023. The in-person event will be hosted at the Orlando World Center Marriott and the virtual event will be hosted on HopIn.

Will there be ground transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Attendees can use ride sharing providers such as Uber, Lyft, and Wingz, or a Taxi. Pick-up for both options are at the Arrivals Curb on Level 2. Attendees could also rent a vehicle, but it is important to know that you will be billed $25 per day by the hotel to park on site.

When should I fly in?

We suggest flying in on Sunday. Registration is open on Sunday between 11 am-5 pm ET and first thing on Monday morning. It is suggested to book a departure on Wednesday late evening or Thursday.

Do I have to pay a registration fee?

The online platform registration page will give you your specific options for the situation depending on your level of membership and status for the August 2023 IMC registration.

Will we have a Gear Store at IMC?

Yes, we will have a gear store available to purchase any swag items.

What if I need to change my ticket from in person to virtual?

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend the live or virtual event and let our team know 48 hours before (Thursday, August 10), we will transfer your registration to the next IMC. Please contact us at with any questions.

How will those of us as alumni vs those as first-time non-Maxwell Certified alumni be guided in this track as corporate facilitators?

There are separate sessions for the MLCT Alumni Member and the MLCF members. The Alumni sessions overlap with the CF sessions, and you will need to be in the CF sessions to complete your training for your license. Which sessions you can attend will be according to your registration and membership level (same as we do for New Members vs Alumni vs Club)

Will the replays be available for what we miss by attending CF rather than Alumni Sessions?

ALL the sessions will be recorded so you can watch the replay after the IMC. Registering for the IMC as a CF as opposed to an Alumni will NOT affect your TA or Club status and will NOT impact your duties as a TA.

Replays will be available about 1 week after the IMC (to give everyone time to get home etc.) and you will be able to watch the replay for 72 hours.

Will there be joint sessions with some of the Alumni sessions with John?

The agenda is not finalized and currently the CF sessions overlap most of the Alumni sessions.
